She is now a highly recognized actress in Singapore.

In 2004, Jesseca was talent-spotted by a producer from MediaCorp to star in the widely popular swimming drama, "The Champions". From then, her career in the Singapore entertainment industry took off.

Her performance as Ruan Mian Mian (软绵绵in Portrait of Home (同心圆) in 2005, won her many fans with her sweet portrayal of a Vietnamese bride for Adrian Pang's character.

With her tanned complexion and modelesque figure, she was cast

as the lead in a drama that showcased her sporty physique titled "Beach Babes"

along with Joanne Peh and Jade Seah in 2008.

And soon, she was hailed as one of Mediacorp's 7 Princesses along with Fiona Xie and Jeanette Aw.

Thereafter, she was involved in a few other Mediacorp dramas .
Jesseca decided to leave Mediacorp as a full time artiste in 2010.

She continues to act in Singapore doing ad-hoc projects such as Secrets For Sale 拍卖(2011) and more recently Disclosed Jie Mi 揭密 (2013) under HIM International Music.

Jesseca's Family:

In a special Channel U program about artistes, Jesseca's Family was featured in 2012. She heads back home to Langkawi with the host of the show and meets up with her childhood friends and family. She tears as her Dad talks about his regrets for not being able to stay as a family together when she was younger.

Jesseca Liu has a sister, who is 6 years younger than her. Her parents divorced when she was a teenager. She was raised by her mother after the divorce.

Jesseca's Boyfriend in 2008:

According to reports on xinmsn.com, Jesseca dated Wing Fan (Viter Fan Zhi Wei) from Taiwan in 2008. Apparently sparks flew between the pair when they acted together on a Movie "Untold Beauty" in 2008. They dated for a year before going their separate ways.
