Can he speak English?
Hi hi. I'm not sure. I heard him saying "Hello" and singing a couple of English lyrics though. Here's a link to him singing "I can fly": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iK2ZCPpRZt8
Most likely he's not very conversant in English since he's from Taiwan, where they primarily speak in Mandarin. But he knows a bit of simple English.
