Zheng Ge Ping appears in the later half of this video.
He talks about he achieved his current body.
"30% Gym. 40% Food. 30% Mind."
He picked up body building and started actively maintaining his new toned physique around 2010.
He engaged a personal fitness trainer and was under intense training over three months.
He had previously trained on his own.

He posted a photo of them on his Instagram account, with a caption which read:
“Ha, there are some speculations she is my ‘nen cao’ (Chinese for tender grass), hello, once & for all... she is my daughter lah, my baobei (precious one)!!!”
Tender grass refers to the Chinese idiom, “old cow and tender grass”,
which refers to an older man being the old cow and tender grass being the younger woman.
It's basically trying to convey a scenario
where a older man is in a relationship with a much younger woman.
You might want to catch Henry Thia in the movie with the title "Old Cow Tender Grass" to fully grasp the meaning of this Chinese Idiom.
