Felicia Chin Opens New Restaurant - WHOLLY CRABS at Satay by the Bay

So many photos to post from our @whollycrabsg opening ceremony. Many many people to thank. Thank you all who came down today, sent me encouraging texts and notes and for all the beautiful flowers. F&B is a business I want to dabble in as I love food!! @whollycrabsg is trying to make seafood more affordable and have fun eating too! My heart is filled with gratefulness and thankfulness but most of all I have learnt a lot from doing a small business like @themamashopsg and now @whollycrabsg . Passion is very impt with whatever we do and that's why I have opened a second shop/stall. Without my family and friends who continuously support me and send me flowers even if it's my second attempt, I'm forever grateful. Thank you @tap_amu for coming in full force and always being there for me. So many people to thank; still a small fry but I'm just trying something new something different. Felicia Chin Cafe





Sora Ma & Felicia Chin have joined forces to open a new cafe in Singapore.

Besides their busy acting careers, the 2 Mediacorp actresses are now officially "towkays".  The pair are both 30 years of age (Year 2014)


Cleverly coined "The Mama Shop", the local eatery's name will bring back memories for those who used to frequent their neighborhood all-in-one shop that housed candy, tikum, newpapers, magazines, basic groceries, bric-a-brac.



Therefore it comes has no surprise that the cafe has a laidback, retro theme. Old school lounge chair and metal thin cookie boxes adorn the shop, bringing about a feel-good, yesteryear vibe.

 "Items on the menu are priced from $3.90 to $14.90 and include burgers and Malaysian-style drinks such as sparkling Limau, a lime juice drink which Chin fell in love with while filming in Ipoh and Penang..."

"They spent a low five-figure sum to start the venture, reports The Straits Times. Chin, 30, said: "We feel that it's a catchy name that can evoke happy childhood memories."

""Some friends ask why we chose this 'god-forsaken' place, as they call it, but we believe people will travel for the food and ambience," she said with a laugh."

Singapore Cat Cafe At Boat Quay Now Open



According to a report from Today,  Singapore's first cat cafe has opened.
You no longer have to head to Japan, Korea or Hong Kong to have tea
while playing along with the owner's kittens and cats!


The name of the cat cafe is Neko no Niwa.
